I can only translate to german but there's not only one possible way, depends on the context. The straight translation is a crippled sentence anyway..
männlich zu weiblich transsexuell
weiblich zu männlich transsexuell
you could also use "nach" instead of "zu"
and as mentioned before, this is not a sentence at all, just a few wordclumps
Edit: I think "nach" is a tiny bit better..

transsexual seems to be this in chinese:
跨性, in pinyin: kuà xìng
kua = to step across
xing = sex, nature
男 = nan = male
女 = nü = female
