Has anyone here studied the FAAC and 3GPP AAC source code? Which is better?
BETTER means more suitable to poring to fixed-point DSP chip.

You know that 3gpp's encoder is also available as fixed point, don't you?

But 3gpp only supports 1024-point fft.
Is any open source which support
16-bit fixed point
and
960-point fft
?
