Where can i get a selections of beeps to use on my audio recordings?

----------

Let me explain ....

I am compliling an audio file made up of a dozen or more individual audio clips.

I would like to use a beep between ausio clips to indicate to the listener that there has been a change of audio.

When I try and make them for myself from a pure tone I can see that there is something like missing like attack/decay or perhaps harmonics or perhaps a secondary pure tone?

I figure there should be a collection of these somewhere but Googling for "beeps" or "tones" gives me all sorts of cellphone sounds.

Is there somewhere I can get a selection of various beeps?

Thank you.

There are two ding-dongs that I think you can use.

I usually growl at posters who think I haven't tried Google but I had overlooked using that weeny extension ".wav" and it makes a lot of difference! Thank you.

What a web site. I get this message:

"You have requested the file Beep_01.wav (172 KB). This file has been downloaded 2 times already. You have reached the download-limit for free-users. Want to download more?"

Seems they are perhaps angling for me to join up with a paid sub. Yeah, right!

I think Cosmo tried uploading a beepfile for you, and others here at HA decided to download that file, denying you the right to download yet another copy...

Edit: If you want to create a file yourself, do not use 1 pure tone. Use DTMF tones (i.e. 2 frequencies instead of one). You can have the frequencies at the same amplitude, or slightly amplify one from the other.

Works fine to download from here.
Never seen that error from rapidshare. Just click free download, wait until the timer reacher 0 (if there is one) and enter the picture code and download.
