well, looks really funny to me ... the guy presents at a singer contest, and sings "the final countdown" from europe, but he songs what he thinks the song says, and obviously he doesn't knows any english, and he does the worst interpretation ever:

Anyway, the guy struggling to sing is funny, but IMO, the real kicker is the setting: the dancers, the show host, the stage decoration...

I actually thought he was singing in another language.......and apparently he was LMAO.

For those who don't understand what's funny about it is that the singer is singing the lyrics like he hears them.

"Is the final countdown" sounds to him like "es tu faina shanda".

Which means? For us gringos.

nothing. No single word that he says (maybe when he says something similar to "scary sunshine") has any sence in spanish. Well, faina is a type of pizza (sort of)

Thanks! In my limited Spanish I was struggling to make sense of what was going on and could not. So I just figured it was my bad Spanish, very dialectic, or both. And, I did not know that you were joking, so I started thinking, "Man, this guy is weird to think this stuff is good. Well, maybe it is an Argentine thing." I am so glad to get all this clear now.
