it now support flac with a cue

for none-windows users,
enjoy it.

but it doesnot support embeded cue,
more or days i will solve it,
anyone who are familiar with flac code, can tell me the functions
how to get the embeded cue sheet

i'm not familiar with the new FLAC beta, but i believe that if you use foobar2000 to convert the file to FLAC, foobar2000 will put the cue file inside it.
