This is what Big In Japan sounds like in fb2k and QuickTime. Latest version of both software was used.

It is AAC LC. It plays fine in MPC (using internal AAC decoder). I don't have QT and I won't install it. But you can test this sample on your PC.

Did you encode using the Nero encoder? It plays fine in QuickTime.
