hi list,
in 14496-3 standard there is tables for the IS (intensity stereo tables ) for huffman coding. in the list its just mentioned that IS uses NOICE_HCB AND NOISE_HCB2 tables. but no such tables are given in the standard.
can anybody throw more light on this.
