Hi all,
I got a fantastic new small digital voice recorder and the sound quality that I get out of it amazes me every time I use it. I use it under Mac but I'd like to be able to use it under Linux as well. The recorder records files in a .dss (Digital Speech Standard) format. I haven't been able to find much about this format (other than marketing info from Phillips/Olympus/Grunding).
Does anyone know if there are any Linux utilities that can convert this file format into wav's or something else more palatable?
Thanks,
Nikola
