Are there any sites that review the way an album was recorded? With a database similar to, say, All Music Guide's?

I'm interested in such a thing too...actually, I want to find reviews of original albums versus remasters. For example, I can hardly find any reviews of Pink Floyd's set of 92 remasters versus the original CD pressings anywhere. Maybe I just suck at googling.
