I _did_ search around before I decided to post... But I'm hoping there's an easy solution for this:

After using common instructions for configuring EAC, I ripped a WAV file and listened to it. The entire file is 100% noise, except for a silent 2 seconds at the beginning of the file.

What's going on?

Try changing the "Big Endian" setting in Drive Options, under the Drive tab.
