Firstly, welcome.
Secondly, please re-read the Terms of Service. You violated TOS #6 with this post by posting in the MP3 forum (when the subject has nothing to do with MP3) and by using an irrelevant topic title.
To PM a member you need to click on their username in one of the various places that you will see it. This will take you to their profile, where you will see the link "Send a Personal Message".
If the member has posted to a thread you will se the "OFF", "CARD" and "PM" buttons at the bottom of the left pane of their post (where the username, location, post count, etc. are displayed). You can click "PM" to PM them also.
However, I would say, if you have a question I would post it to the correct forum on the board. If you PM a member you will get their opinion only, and you are ignoring a wealth of information. Some members no doubt ignore PMs as well.
