Does anyone know any details on PCM IIS audio format? Any links, specs, etc...?

The datasheets distributed with most DAC chips (especially PCM2* from TI) will generally include good specs or a pointer to where to find them.

I just needed to know basics. Now I see I2S is just a serial bus interface for digital audio. I couldn't find anything on Google since I searched for IIS and should have searched for I2S.
