I've been using home stereo config for trackinfo_mod for quite a while but I was never concearned about the CPU utilization.
Now, after finding dockable_panels I've put the same config inside a panel. Just out of luck (although there's not luck in this) I've noticed that my foobar constantly uses about 30-35% of CPU (Barton 2500+@10.5*200,512MB of DDR on nForce2) with spikes when changing tracks (up to 50 - 80%).
Trying to find the sollution I've noticed that when disabling dockable_panels CPU drops to 6-10% (spikes of up to 20% when changing tracks). This with the trackinfo_mod from ColumnsUI being activated. When the last one being deactivated CPU drops another 4-6% in each of the cases.
The strange thing is that without trackinfo_mod, even in two instances, dockable_panels doesn't use so much CPU (not noticeable).

but if you want a scrollable code box use [ CODEBOX ] instead of [ CODE ] (well, without the spaces),

I'm using a track info mod panel on a dockable window, and I have no change in CPU usage.
