I want to know if any CD player will do equal when reading CDs and if they will produce the same digital audiofiles.
I other words, if I rip all my audio CDs using my laptop I will have the best result I can have?

To insure yourself of that, you can install the
AccurateRip plugin for EAC. It compares the checksums of the rip you've done to previously reported ones. If there is a match, chances are pretty high you got a perfect copy.

and if its not in the accurateRip database, next best option is to use spoons alpha ripper, look in the forums section of www.dbpoweramp.com, it out performs eac if you have c2 on your cd drive

...and if your drive doesn't have C2 or it does but the program isn't compatible?
