Tagger Beta 1.4 is ready!

Here are the most important changes:
-Characterreplace and Capitalize-exeptions can be edited over Tagger.
-If you have problems with displaying special characters of your language, change Taggers charset.
-The 'Don't check fileextention' option didn't work well.
-Viewing Tag's CFG-file didn't work with custom directories.
-Character-handeling completely changed (big THANKS to EricS!).
-The Grid can now be sorted by double clicking on the fixed cell on the top of a col.

Notice that you need Tag to make Tagger work.

Hmm... I always get a 404 File Not Found error when I try to download any distribution. >_<

some quick bug report:

Wrong horizontal alignment of frames and controls on my monitor (resolution 1400x1050), in any state (resized or maximized). The right side of the window is cut at around "Minimod..." and "Tracknumb..."

(Is there a button "add files" anywhere I can't see it?..)

Tagger probes the floppy drive on start up. No reason to do it.
