I am Looking for a Good tool which Organise my Cd & DVD Not just media,Even Data DVD's like Normal Text & PDF...

one which read the DVD"s Store the Content list on its Database,Search,Also Should be able to Export & Import the Database

Did you even follow the link to Offline CD Browser or to the other threads? Not all suggestions are for audio-related apps, in fact many are not.

Put some effort in.
