Drag the wave to Nero audio compilation. Right click and select properties.
Select "Indexes, Limits, Split" tab. Press "Split at Index Positions" button. Press 3xOK.
Select all tracks but first. Right click properties again. Change the "Pause:" seting from 2 to 0. Press OK.
Save project and burn.

Mono wave files consume 2x less space than Nero audio images.
To obtain mono wave file do one of the following:
Extract audio from CD with CoolEdit to a single waveform and save.
If the CD is image, mount it with Alcohol120% and extract the same.
No need for CueTool nor *.cue files anymore.
