Anyone got or want one? I had a wii that I bought sunday but sold it on ebay and made $150 profit after ebay fee and shipping charges. i swept up three playstation 3 20gb's wednesday midday at best buy, just lucky i suppose. selling at least two, might keep one... not sure. I might get a wii (to keep) when the next shipment comes around - it won't be hard to get in a couple of weeks.
surprised there isn't a thread about this

If I had the money, I would get both

Since I don't, I'll probably wait until 2008. It'll be good to see which console is building the best game library and has the least issues by then.

I haven't been a console since the gamecube/ps2/xbox debuts, but the wii has cought my eye because of nifty controller and its implementation in games like Call of Duty 3, i'm also a Zelda fan, and the Wii is the cheapest of the next-nextgen consoles.
Wii. Sony annoyed me with its over-the-top hype of the PS2 and the PS3.
wii for fun and xbox360 for graphics

For gaming only, I would get the Wii. For gaming and watching Blu-ray movies and playing CDs and SACDs, I would get the PS3.
Considering my current budget, I would get a 486 DX 2 at 66 MHz.

IIRC, CNBC said that Q1 2007 Wii should have Blu-ray drives.

I got a Wii on launch. I'm really enjoying it so far. WiiSports is a lot of fun and what I've played of Zelda is pretty cool so far. As for the Wii DVD drive. I was under the impression that the Wii already had a CD/DVD-ROM drive, but lacked the implementation of reading Audio CDs and playing DVD MPEG-2 video.
