Hi

in iso standard intensity_hcb and intensity_hcb2 and PNS tables are not given.
what's meaning of these tables. how they are used in encoder.
also please explain how the phase is retained in AAC compare to MP3 using the intensity tables.

Answer a bit:
intensity_hcb and intensity_hcb2 are not actually codebooks. They are pseudo codebooks used in right channel when Intensity Stereo is used.
