This is a repost. I really need #2 below.

I'm working on a project that will require playlists to be generated on CDs headed for China. Any ideas on:

1. The most universal playlist format?
2. The best application for generating playlists?
3. Playlist generation in HTML (like DioneSS-which hasn't been updated in a while).
