If I upgrade to 1.1.3 can I run the same string/settings in EAC?

yes. there should be little to no change in the command line options.

I ripped a CD with EAC and FLAC 1.1.3 earlier today, using the same command line options I used with 1.1.2, and it worked perfectly. From what I've also read, yes, the same command line options are still in use.
