I've been trying to figure out how to delete the time display on the bottom right corner of foobar. I'd like to either delete it or change the input value so it can display the total time for a full album that I'm playing.

Go into Preferences, go to Display > Columns UI, then the 'Status bar/Systray' tab. Uncheck 'Show selected tracks total length' and it'll go away.
