VUPlayer has released a new version 2.45 (see below changelog) specifically to add support for the new libFLAC 1.1.3 routines inside the player. It can both playback and encode (also trasncode) FLAC files natively without running any command line FLAC utility. Check it out. It is a free media player for Windows.
