How can I cut ogg vobis files in command line in windows?
I found that OggCut will do the job but it is a GUI tool.

OggCut doesn't work for me. It says it can't load the file. Did the vorbis specification change since this program was written or does it require some DLL file or only works in Windows XP? I'm using Windows 2000 SP4.
