how do i upmix an ordinary mp3 file using CMSS 3D or Neo6 and then encode to wave

You can do the real-time recording with Mediasource and CMSS or Neo:6 enabled, or try Neo:6 thru GraphEdit as DMO effect. CMSS can´t be used thru Graphedit.
