Im in need of a enocder that can take a number of input files, and them encode them all at different bitrates, some mono, some stereo.
Anything that is compatible with .mp4 (HE-ACC) and AMR would be great too!
Ive tried dBPoweramps utilty but it seems to mess up my files.

Sorry i should have been it bit more clear, its the output files that are being messed up. The files stutter, and there seems to be a problem with the sample rate as the files are of a higher/lower pitch.
I can post an example if needs. Im using the GUI interface for the LAME encoder.
Would be great if i can get this to work, would really speed my working methods up and i do like dBpoweramp!
theFrontend (http://www.thefrontend.net/) can set bitrate, stereo or mono mode for each processed file, also can output mp4 file using nero command-line encoder instead of default faac encoder, you need only to change the presets (I have presets for nero, but they are not present is release packages).
