Those components have not been ported to 0.9.
You could use foo_advanced_control which adds playback control buttons in the taskbar notification area.
Foo_title may also suits your needs.

But i found a lot of people in DA that says that they have F2k 0.9 and have the similar thing that i was asking.

I found the solution. You can use a program called "True Launch Bar" with a plugin called "Media Control Plugin" that can be found here: http://www.truelaunchbar.com/plugins/winamp.html
