why it can't translate the UNICODE to chinese txt?? when i play a .m3u file, it displays the song list just like this: %BE%A9%BB%AA%B4%BA%C3%CE.mp3 %C3%BB%D3%D0%C4%E3%D6%AE%BA%F3.mp3

AFAIK foobar v0.8x does not support unicode and that was one of the main features added to 0.9x

That's not correct. Unicode support (on Windows 2000/XP) has always been a part of foobar2000.
