the more played (playcount)
and the more rated
because i would love to sync to ipod
can i do?
should i download a compontent?

You can generate playlists with autoplaylist based on a specific query (e.g. "rating GREATER 2" or "play_count GREATER 5") with custom sort format to display higher values on the top.
