For some reason every time i open foobar, i get a few albums that don't come up with the correct tagging info. instead of loading under the appropriate folder under my playlist browser, they'll all fall under <missing> with the song titles as the only showing information. for a while i just hit reload info from files/ rewrite file tags under the tagging option which temporarily organizes the files under the appropriate folders, but when i close foobar and reopen it, it just happens again and all the songs i rewrote the tags for fall under <missing> again. does anybody know what's wrong with my setup? if i'm not being very clear please feel free to ask for me to clarify. i can also post pics of what it looks like if that helps. thanks in advance

edit - forgot to mention that all affected albums are recently ripped cds. it started with one and ever since every time i add another cd to my playlist, it falls under the <missing> category unless i reload file/rewrite tag.
