Full Version: Any good tempo change software?

I think the title says it. Do you know any good (and prefferably standalone (not a plugin)) software that will change tempo of WAV files? 10% change is about maximum I need.

Audacity can do it, plus a whole lot more, AND IT'S FREE!!!

I use it to slow down guitar parts I'm learning. And edit WAV files before converting them to MP3s.

Allegedly (I don't own it myself) a good candidate is Pitch 'n Time.
Relatively expensive though.
