G'day!

As I known, there exit two "pre-emphasis" modes in MP3-Encoder. One is "50/15 ms" and the other is "CCITT j.17 ".

Could anyone tell me what is the difference between the both modes?

I assume it's just the two most used modes of pre-emphasis
