I have the AV-710 and i am using the analog out. I have Hi Sample Rate+performance mode selected. 192khz is also selected.
I have the latest foobar and the latest ASIO and kernel streaming plugins.
When i select one of them for playback, ASIO gives me a an errordump .txt and kernel streaming gives me:
''Unrecoverable playback error: KS output error: error opening device''

In Asio4All control panel i have the green light on the card

What do i have to do to get either of them to work???

The operating system is Windows server 2003
