I'm looking for a good program for finding dupes with safe results.
The program should be able to read id3 tags and compare song length +/-10%.

For example, what program would detect these files as dupes :

john doe - under the sun (3mn34s)

john g. doe - under sun (3mn32s)


but would exclude this one :

john doe - under the sun (7mn21s)

Well, I would use Tag&Rename to rename all the filenames according to their ID3 tags, then I would put all the mp3s into a single folder. Then, sort them by filename/filesize and you should be able to pick out the dupes
