Hi there, I am currently trying to record radio sets onto my computer wich is no real problem..

I need the recordings to be recorded directly to lame 3.97 with VBR of 192 minimum.. I have tested so many tools that will do it but they don't seem to write the lame tag at the end of the file.. I have tested mixmp3alpha, LameR, mpegrec-1.1, hdogg251 and they all seem to do the job but never write the final lame tag..

the best results I have managed to get are with using mixmp3alpha but because there is a pre-compiled mp3enc.dll that uses lame 3.91 so no real use to me..

If anyone knows of a way to record realtime to this "-V 2 --vbr-new" in realtime and could help me out I would be great full..

If I don't make sense then just say so.. sometimes I have a habit of not beeing able to explain correctly

dbpoweramp music converter can also record in realtime to mp3. I'm not sure about the presets used however.

ahh thanks for the reply - just been messing arround with audiograbber.. I love the way I can use the audiograbber.ini to make all the changes
