I tried this out and it worked fine...can't really see the point of it though, to be honest.

Actually, I think this solution is a little weirdy. Great solution is like a panel inside foobar, but I'm not sure SDK 0.9 can support it. Anyway that is an easy way to learn component development, I'm glad if someone find it useful.

The new version is better because Foobar doesn't shut down.
Seems like tghis bug was fixed So I some people here want to use there wanted player already they can use Foo_run
It seems taht Foo_run works too with the supported video files.
I am using Foobar with now GomPlayer

I think we'd probably all like it if Foobar was as great for video as it is audio...that doesn't make a person delusional, however.

I wouldn't.
This has been discussed before, and if I reckon correct, foobar and video will never be. And all can say is, thank goodness. When you starting adding in video you open the door to a onslaught of problems. "Foobar, plays audio" lets hope it always stays like that.

That doesn't make it any less rude, although he can be as rude as he likes, I'm not sure what it matters.
