Hi, I'm using Foobar to practice my guitar playing, but I'm looking for plugins that 1) can slow down and speed up tracks and 2) can repeat particular sections of a track. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I know there used to be a plugin that could repeat certain parts of the song. I think it might have been bookmarks, I can't remember, sorry

I've not checked but I believe foo_dsp_soundtouch could perform the necessary tempo changes you require

There are softwares out there that do a great job at slowing down music. (Amazing Slow Downer) which is very good and (Transkriber)
None of which are free, for free try (Best Practice) <-- not great but gives a ok job.
