I have not yet found time to recompile Tag. I must admit, after discovering in another thread that Tag's FLAC tagging doesn't work as it should I've lost interest a little.

I'm really sorry to hear that, because I find your version of Tag so useful. I use it with Speek's Multifrontend 0.983. If I knew any C I'd jump at the chance.

I will no doubt do it eventually. I don't get much opportunity to use my home PC, which has the necessary software.

It really needs a C programmer to update the FLAC tagging, so that the vendor string is not updated on any tag update though.

It''s actually the default behaviour of IPB. The only way to change it is to edit the skin. Could really do with an admin option because at the moment it gets reset with each upgrade.
