Hi all,

I recently ripped a CD using Test & Copy in Secure mode (overkill). The two CRCs matched on all tracks, but didn't match the ones in the Accuraterip database. I would normally assume I had a different pressing of the CD than most people, but there was only one U.S. pressing ever made of this CD AFAIK.

Just for kicks, I T&Ced it again. Again, the two CRCs matched, but they differed from the ones I previously got. Instead that matched the ones in the Accuraterip database. I'm convinced this is the good rip.

Oh, no errors occured during either rip, drive doesn't cache audio, C2 was disabled.

Any idea what's going on here?

I have seen certain cd drives (buggy ones) which rip with a wrong offset, when a cd is reinserted they rip with the right offset.
