AFAICS there is no more way to refill balance at allofmp3, if your credit card is visa or master.

+ xrost is gone,
+ alltunes doesn't allow both cards either.

Seems like the adventure is at it's end?

Unfortunately it has been this way for months. The American music industry has finally got their wish by getting Visa and Mastercard not to support their site, so this must be putting it on deaths door.

It's a pity that something couldn't be done, as this is THE only site that gives a huge selection of music and being able to download it in a format of your choice.

Truth and reason is neither democratic nor bound to law. Laws are bend and changed nowadays to fit the desires of corporations. Plus, it seems that nowadays not even governments themselves comply with their own rules.

As long as something does not put ha.org at risk, i have no scruples to give a crap about laws in discussions.

The RIAA has been screaming bloody murder over the site for years, but on multiple occasions Russian authorities have looked into it, and walked away satisfied that it met all Russian laws at the time. It's up in the air if certain changes in Russian law that went into effect back in the fall have changed that, but ultimately for your own use I'd think it would more depend on the laws of the country you'd be in while downloading. (eg, A-OK in Canada, probably NOT in the US)
