A new beta version of "mkfreedb" windows database generator/updater just went online.

WHAT'S NEW?

Fixed: DB version test now only checks for matching release month to avoid conflicts
between XXXXXX04 full releases and XXXXXX01 updates.

Fixed: Now also accepts browser altered archive filenames having the first '.' changed
to an '_', i.e. freedb-complete-20070101_tar.bz2.

Added: New option -n or --nolink, surpresses repeated entries in the target database
for all symlinked freedb records.

Changed: Release archive naming to reflect the target platform.
