So I see Jetaudio has the option of letting you burn cds with bbe applied...is this really a good idea, or should bbe just be used when listening to music files on the computer?

I think the option is entirely up to you. Do you like the enhancement that bbe gives, and would you like to hear it in whatever environments you'd listen to the CD in?
