i`ve seen a wonderfull foobardesign at devianart:
Foobar Design and Config Devianart
After i`ve seen that, i`ve downloadet foobar2000, downloaded the dll`s, but i not check the instructions in the readme text. Is anyone there who can give me step-by-step instructions? (Or speak German?)

Probably you will have to take the long way and learn yourself how to config foobar yourself. The forum and foobar's homepage is full of links (sticky threads) with guides to all the basics. If you have more specific questions the forum is the right place to ask.

Given are a lot of useful hints and explanations, and - what might be less cryptical and less time-consuming to you - links to external guides. I'll guess it's a good starting point..
The configuration of this design should be some ColumnsUI-SettingUp (layout & buttons) and copy+paste to album-art, trackinfo_mod and single-column-playlist, so nothing special.
