Hi,
Anyone have any advice on using iPod with MediaMonkey? MM is a good program but seems very complex...I see that it recognizes my iPod, and that I can view the folders on it...but I can't play tracks off the iPod. I tried messing with the synchronization options.
In fact, the top-left window of MediaMonkey is pretty intimidating. I have heard there are ways to simplify it, but I haven't figured out how (scripts?).
I'm thinking of wiping everything off my iPod, and then trying loading songs onto it through MM. Maybe there are still some iTunes settings on it or something.
Thanks for reading.

Hi,
there are two sites which I'd read first.
http://www.mediamonkey.com/product_ipod.htmThis website just shows the functionality of the ipod-integration in MediaMonkey.
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14505And in this topic of the MedaMonkey forum you find a lot of additional (unofficial) informations and hints.
Good luck!

I used mediamonkey with my 4th gen ipod which is now broken but it did work now i use it with my creative zen vision M and it's great. If you are a noob then MM is not for you but if you like to tinker it's the player of choice i use it and i love it
