hi, i have full album mp3s that have an included .cue file. i can play them fine in fb2k but how do i split the tracks up? or can i even do that with fb2k? do i have to convert the tracks? if i do this, won't it lose some quality? thanks for all the help. i searched but didn't find anything.

Use pcutmp3 for that (it adds lame headers to provide gapless playback), but if you are using fb2k, i would at least keep a copy of the original (you cannot revert).
