at start i want to sorry for my poor english

I would like to suggest someone to make that component. I think it could be usefull for many users
Can't do it myselft cause my coding skill are almost zero. Would be great if somebody could do it for me and other users.

what excatly I'm talking about...

foobar plugin which...

on every new track playing:
  1. check if now playing audio file already contain replaygain info
    • if yes, plugin will STOP
    • if no, plugin will go to pts: 2, 3, 4
  2. scan per-file track gain on now playing audio file
  3. apply received informations and play audio file at correct volume
  4. write replaygain informations into to appropriate tag field (without changing every block of audio file like mp3gain doing!)
replaygain scanning isn't instant so i understand that first playing of any audio file could be precede time which cpu need for replaygain scan, and that is OK!
waiting will be needed only on the first time playing every song, next plays won't be precede waiting

ok, that all for now wink.gif

are here any darers? rolleyes.gif

This can be accomplished with foo_cwb_hooks "New File Tagger" option.
