I'm tired of volume differences between replaygained audio, system sounds, various video clips.

The way i want it to work:
CODE
Winamp--->CreativeSBAudigy--->Speakers
Application1--->VSC(+volume control)--->CreativeSBAudigy--->Speakers

There should be 2 sound cards in system, real one (Audigy) and virtual (VirtualSoundCard), which redirects all sounds to Audigy plus adjustes volume down.

I'm going to choose VSC as a system default sound card, so sound from any unwanted application will go through VSC, which decreases or completely turns off its loudness.

Is there such drivers?

Hmm, I'm not sure about any virtual sound card drivers, but you could try a Kernel Streaming plugin for Winamp. KS bypasses the windows kmixer, which in effect bypasses the WAVE/MP3 volume control (not master volume). In that way you can control Winamp volume with Winamp, your system sounds with the WAVE/MP3 volume fader, and overall volume of both with the master fader.

Thanks, wraithdu!

Kernel Streaming works the right way!

(I tried VirtualAudioCable drivers but it needs external programs and not as easy as your solution)
