I downloaded FofR configuration v0.6 and installed on my fresh install foobar.

I installed all necessary foobar components as mentioned on the FofR's blog.
Here is my PC config.
foobar is 0.9.3.2
Windows XP SP2 Eng

I found three major differences as compare with the screenshot posted on FofR's blog

1.

As show on the above image link, why the album art covers have different in size. I supposed they are all in same size.

2.

The foobar200 window title bar is not the same.

3.

As shown on the above image linke, I highlighted those differences
- the drop down list’s down arrow button
- the playlist vertical scroll bar
- the volume bar
- the menu bar’s text is disappear

Half of those problems are caused by the fact that you are using a different visual style from him.

Try switching to the white theme (right click on the bottom bar, settings, look through the pvars until you find out where it needs to be set)

The difference in album art image sizes is actually a feature of fofrs scp code.

Okay.

Problem 1) The Album Art gets dynamically resized based on how many tracks the album has. If it only has 3 tracks, you can't fit a 300 x 300px album cover next to it.

Problem 2) Check the Title Formatting code for errors. Also make sure the font used supports foreign characters.

Problem 3) FofR uses a visual style to control how those elements look (the scrollbars and dropdown menu's etc). Yours won't look the same unless you use the same visual style. I've forgotten which one that is, but if you look around http://www.fooblog2000.com/ you might be able to find out the name.

Hope that answered your questions properly.

Yeah it is, the reason you cannot display the menu bar is because your visual style defaults to black text for those, and black text doesnt show against a black background

I see. Then without changing my visual style same as the FofR, how do I show back the menu bar text ?

Switch to the white theme. The color of the menu bar text cannot be changed unless you change your visual style.

before I switched to use Panel UI, I used column UI.
In old days I was using column UI, I configured several global variables which are used to store different fonts specified for different languages songs. For example, japanese songs will use a japanese fonts , chinese songs will use a chinese fonts. then the single column playlist will check the %genre% of each songs and use appropriate font instead.

Now I want to add back this feature back to panel ui. I'm new on panel ui, where to define global variables ?
