Hello Fellas

Sorry for this newbie question.. crying.gif
I didnīt found any topic that answer my question....

Iīm a brand new DJ ...
I bought some music in WAV format and i want to know this...

I want to know if exist any method to confirm that my WAV files are not MP3 "converted" into WAV. (any other method than my "ears")

I asking that because exists a BLACK MARKET in the world that sells music from/for DJs.
But i want to know if any soft...any analyze.... can tell me that this WAV cames or not from a "lower" format...

Thnx a lot and sorry for this stupid question...

Is there another soft that i can compare between their results ? Or this is the "unique" on the "market"...

I have tested with some flac songs and some mp3 music (abou 20 each) and all the tracks where analyzed perfect! So I think the results are very reliable (But the help file says it's not 100 % reliable so I wouldn't be totally sure)

For me the easiest way is "watch" the waveform using the frequency analisis of Adobe Audition.

It's very easy to sign out the 100% of the MP3 mastered waves: look at the high frequencies !

Sorry for my bad english
