Forgive me if this question has been covered. I took a quick look around and was not able to find anything on this.

I have a large amount of .wav files that I need to encode into .flac. I took a long time placing like a few hundred or so in the flac frontend and it opens up the command prompt but then closes really quickly and does nothing.

Am I going to have to go though my entire collection of CD's one by one or is there a way I can set it up to do it over night?

Actually I found out that media monkey will do it all. But thanks for the tip about another type of software being able to convert thats what got me thinking.
